This listing includes all accommodations at the Moorings Lakehouse property: the 3 bedroom Lakeview Barn, 2 bedroom Lakefront Villa & King Lakefront Suite.
You will have exclusive use of the 9acre property*. With magnificent, uninterrupted lake views, these accomodations are 40m walk from each other along well lit paths, through manicured orchards and gardens. Each accommodation has a covered deck that cascades through a private garden, over lawns, down to the lakefront, private jetty, lake front barrel sauna, outdoor covered gym / function space and multiple sun lounge areas.
Whole property bookings are perfect for special small celebrations and include use of the covered Pavilion which can be set up with timber dining tables, chairs, a timber mobile bar, ice buckets, cutlery, plates, glassware, tiki torches etc for a special group meal. *Management must be advised of intended group celebrations when booking. The 'Whole Property' booking rate includes function meal equipment inc plates and cutlery for up to 14 guests. For numbers larger than this or non resident guests attending the venue the management must be notified and a special rate negotiated.
Each accommodation includes a fully equiped designer kitchen, the Villa and Suite have a stone clad fire place, lounge room and marble dining settings, outdoor lounge suites. The Barn and Villa both have luxurious outdoor baths, huge garden terraces with 8 seater outdoor table settings. All accomodations have a laundry washer / dryer.
