The Moorings Lakehouse Estate is an exquisite farm meets lake experience. This listing is for 2 lake front accommodations, the Lakefront Suite and Lakeview Barn, sleeping up to 10 Guests. Guests have full access to the 9 acre property's lakefront barrel sauna, private jetty, orchards, organic vegetable garden and covered function space / gym. Only 15 minutes drive to Blueys, Boomerang beaches.
The Lakefront Suite: With magnificent uninterrupted lake views this 45 square metre luxurious king suite opens up to a full length deck rolling out to a level manicured lawn gently cascading down to the lakefront barrel sauna and property's jetty.The suite includes a fully equiped kitchen, hardwood breakfast bar, stone clad fire place lounge room with 62 inch smart TV, marble dining setting, outdoor lounge suite, lawn sun lounges and laundry washer / dryer. The suite has a king sized bed and a double sofa bed. The king bed can be divided into x2 king singles and a sliding wall can divide the space into x 2 bedroom. Both of these changes ned to be requested of management at least 7 days before arrival.
The Lakeview Barn:
With lake views this 140 square metre, luxury self contained 3 bedroom converted barn opens up to covered decks and an oversized outdoor bath. The barn includes a fully equiped kitchen and large outdoor BBQ kitchen, lake view lounge, large private garden terrace with 8 seater outdoor table setting and private outdoor fire pit, laundry washer / dryer. The spiral staircase ascends to the King Bed master bedroom loft with views out to the lake and orchards (this bed room can be set up as two king single beds on request). Downstairs there is large bedroom with two king single beds and trundle bed. (The singles can be made up as a king bed on request). The 3rd bedroom has a double bed with garden terrace French doors. Up to two dogs are allowed at this accommodation which has an attached, enclosed, covered dog run.
