- washer/dryer - self explanatory (detergent etc will be in the cupboard above the sink)
- clothes drying rack in the big cupboard and outside the door to the right
- dishwasher - built in right side of kitchen sink - pull out press the on Botton (far right), then close it (it then turns on), when its finished it will pop open
- stove - turn on at switch on wall to left of stove - then use stove as normal, turn off switch at wall when done, use the range hood please (easy to do)
- cutlery etc is in the drawers by the kitchen island - first 1 and 2 drawers
- plates/bowls/mixing bowls etc etc/glasses in the drawers under the stove, chopping board in bottom drawer, coffee machine/microwave/toaster/kettle/dish drying rack all in the butlers
- zip tap in the butlers (filtered cold/hot/sparkling)
- kitchen fridge and freezer built in - cupboard second closest to butlers is the fridge 3rd along is the freezer.
- tv remotes and fan remote for living room are found on in the first drawer of the buffet when you walk in - there is a driveway opener in their too
- tv remote and fan remote for master inside bedside table drawer in master
- hair dryer in main bed room under the sink to the left
- ducted AC is by the kitchen on the wall - the rooms associated to it are on the power switch to the right of the main aircon one (this has 4 switches (1. Living,2. master,3.bed2&3,4.office&bed4) you can pull off the cover to see the writing for which switch is which.
- fire place to turn on heat and lights switch is underneath it to the left
- incinerator can be used by the button under the sink, its circular press in for it to start working then press again to turn off (always have water running when switch is on)
- all left over towels/sheets etc etc in the laundry cupboard
- iron/ironing board in laundry cupboard
- laundry basket X 2 and dirty clothes basket X 1 in laundrycupboardtoo
- Tea towels - in drawers left of the sink
