The main house features a beautiful fully equipped kitchen flowing out into the lounge/ dining area which also opens up onto the large entertainers deck perfect for enjoying a platter and some wine whilst overlooking the glorious sunsets that Port Stephens have to offer. With two well-appointed bedrooms upstairs with queen sized beds, the master room with gorgeous views and an ensuite. The home is finished with the highest quality appliances, gorgeous decor and the look is completed with polished timber flooring. Downstairs you will find a separate retreat perfect for a second family or the in laws, this retreat features a queen bed, double bed and also a cot. (NO internal stairs).

To ensure the comfort of our guests and neighbours, we do not accept bookings for 'Schoolies' breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow parties of any sort.
Kindly note a deposit of 50% AUD of total amount will be charged at time of confirmation. An option of direct deposit and credit card is offered.
A $1000 Security Deposit (pre authorisation) is to be held. The bond will be processed prior to arrival. We only accept Mastercard or visa.
You can check in anytime between the hours of 3pm and 5pm on Weekdays. On weekdays after-hours, weekends and public holidays there is an afterhours check-in service. If you require this service, please inform one of the members at LJ Hooker Nelson Bay prior to your day of arrival.
Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed on our website which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email. This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence.
