Ground floor: Main entry, walk through double garage, lift access, 2nd living area, laundry and powder room . Living area leads out to a large private deck and landscaped secure courtyard.
Level 1:
Bed 1: Master bedroom with king size bed, walk through robes and master ensuite, living area, kitchen and dining area and powder room. Living area leading out to a large private balcony
Level 2: 2 x Queens size bedrooms, shared bathroom and separate powder room.
Ample built in robes and storage throughout. Individually controlled heating and cooling systems throughout.
Full access of the property is available to guests.
Private lift access to all 3 levels is available on request ( fee of $50/night). The lift is suitable for persons with disabilities.
There is a max load of 400kg. It is recommended that only 2 people plus luggage use the lift at anyone time to avoid any overload issues.
