Please refer to the last two images for access details. You may use either the stairs or the inclinator (the green one with the trail in the picture). Note: The inclinator has a maximum capacity of two people at a time, and children must be accompanied by an adult.

A noise monitor is installed in the backyard. Please observe quiet hours after 10 PM and respect the community. Do not play music or have conversations on the balcony after this time, as our neighbors are sensitive to noise. Additionally, the use of stereos or external speakers is prohibited within the community.
You may park your vehicle in our driveway car park or on the street. Please do not park in our neighbor's driveway or parking area.
If you plan to bring a personal watercraft (e.g jet ski), please notify us before booking.
A surveillance camera is installed at the entrance for security purposes.
