Magnolia Cottage is a unique property which caters for the extended family or 2-3 families. It has also been used very successfully for health and yoga retreats. The property has recently had a brand new solar heated 10m x 4m swimming pool with spa added, so this makes it even more appealing.
The home is well designed with the open planned kitchen (coffee machine and dishwasher), living (with cosy coonara wood heater) and dining areas (table for 12 people) being the central hub, but then the more formal lounge offering a quiet place for the adults to escape for some peaceful time. There are 2 bedrooms in this downstairs area with an ensuite bathroom and a 2nd toilet and the laundry.
Upstairs is the home to a further 6 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has a children's retreat to watch TV with XBox 360, away from the adults.
There is an air conditioning unit both upstairs and downstairs, and ducted heating throughout. The property offers Netflix for your viewing pleasure and free WiFi.
To recap: there are 8 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, plus a separate toilet, 3 living rooms, plus an acre to explore and a solar heated swimming pool and a spa to relax in and a trampoline to play on.
