Charming Hidden Beach House
Family holiday house full of charm and character, built in the 1950's with recent additions including a New Kitchen and Enclosed Swimming Pool.
Your children will enjoy hours of fun on the trampoline, swings, climbing frame and tree house outside and in the play room inside which is stocked with toys for all ages.
The solar heated pool is very popular in the warm weather. Enclosed with sun lounges.
The house is close to Mills Beach and a ten minute walk to Mornington Village.
It’s also a lovely tranquil space for one or two people.
You can enjoy relaxing on a sun lounge in the secluded north facing garden.
It’s worth noting that the garden is not fenced, except around the pool, so young children will need to be supervised.
There is also a Springform trampoline which is not visible in the photographs - please make sure the zip is fully closed before allowing children to jump and please make sure that only one person uses the trampoline at a time.
Outdoor areas include, Bbq, lounges + chairs, Lawn and Outdoor Dining.
The house itself has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
There are separate living areas to give parents and children their own spaces.
Kitchen has a Bench with 6 stools, all appliances including microwave and coffee machine (nespresso).
Lounge with Split System, couches + chairs , Tv (Apple Tv), Dvd and Sound Bar.
