The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house will be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited.
The home has CCTV outside on the gate, this is only viewed if there is an issue.
GUEST ACCESS
BEDROOM LAYOUT - SLEEPS 8 GUESTS
Bedroom 1: 1 x King Bed - splits to singles if required (2 guests)
Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen Bed (2 guests)
Bedroom 3: 1 x Bunk Bed (Double bottom, single top) and 1x Trundle (4 guests)
Please note that the King Bed in Bedroom 1 is always set up as a King Bed. If you'd like to use this as two single beds, you would need to split the beds upon your arrival and use the king bedding for one single bed and bring your own bedding (sheet, doona, and doona cover) for the second single bed or use the trundle (another bed) linen. Unfortunately, we cannot process requests for the split; however, you can arrange this if you prefer to sleep separately.
Included in the home are doonas, doona covers, and pillows.
What to bring: fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels, tea towels, hand towels, and bathmats.
Guests have the choice of:
BYO Linen / Towels—Guests bring fitted sheets, flat sheets, and pillowcases for each bed. They also get their beach, bath, tea towels, hand towels, and bathmats. Refer to the home’s description for the bedding configurations.
Linen Set Hire - Guests can hire a complete linen set for $30 per bed, including a fitted sheet, flat sheet, and pillowcases. Bunk beds are classed as two beds. All beds are the same price.
Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person, including one bath towel and two tea towels (for only the first ordered towel set).
Bathroom Set Hire—Guests can hire a bathroom set, including a bathmat and hand towel, for $10 per bathroom.
Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery/set-up fee of $40.
Ask management for additional pricing if the stay is longer than seven days.
For linen or towel hires, advise Ready Set Stay with 48 hours notice, as last-minute requests may not be possible.
We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.
