Comfortably blending modern conveniences with historic charm, our beautiful 1930's cottage sits in a prime location merely steps to Church St & only a short stroll to cafes, restaurants & shops. The cottage has beautiful original character features mixed with new, giving a sense of warmth & cosiness.
Perfect for groups for wedding accommodation, wine tasting & “get away from the city” country weekends. The cottage offers a base to explore all the things that the Mudgee region has to offer.
In the warmer months there is air conditioning in the living area & master bedroom, plus all other bedrooms have ceiling fans. Bi-fold doors in the living room open the whole space up to an outdoor entertaining area covered by a grape vine & large rear yard. The perfect place to relax with a glass of wine during those warmer times of the year.
In the winter months there is a wood burner in the living room, together with reverse cycle air conditioning and underfloor heating to keep you warm. During these cooler months we provide enough wood for one fire on each night of your stay.
We offer a Nespresso coffee machine (with pods), various T2 teas, instant coffee and some basic pantry items. Also we supply quality Sheridan linens, body wash, shampoo & conditioner, and a hair dryer.
All beds have electric blankets fitted
Room 1: This is the master bedroom. It has a queen sized bed with a firm mattress, reverse cycle air conditioning, ceiling fan and access to the front sun room.
Room 2: This is a large bedroom that has a queen sized bed with a medium mattress, built in wardrobe, radiator heater and ceiling fan.
Room 3: This is a slightly smaller bedroom with queen sized bed with a soft mattress, built in wardrobe, ceiling fan, radiator heater & also access to the front sunroom.
Room 4: This is the smallest bedroom but still room for the queen sized bed with a medium mattress, built in wardrobe, ceiling fan & radiator heater.
There are two full bathrooms, one with a shower over the bath tub, the other with a walk in shower, they are separate to the bedrooms so are shared between the four.
There is a xBox 360 for our guests to enjoy, we have some games and you're very welcome to bring extras from home to play. The TV in the lounge room has Chromecast so you can cast your favourite apps from your mobile device.
Free NBN Wi-Fi is provided however Mudgee doesn’t always get great Wi-Fi (or mobile service) especially during extreme weather. Whilst it usually works just fine, please be aware that it's not something we can control or guarantee.

• As this is a residential area, please respect our neighbours & keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10pm
If you move furniture around please return it to where you found it
Guest access
Access to the property is via a digital key lock box , the code will be sent to you prior to arrival. The keys you need for your stay are in the box. When you check out please leave the keys on the kitchen bench and close the front door behind you.
Guests will have access to the whole property during their stay. Feel free to park in the undercover car port or driveway, otherwise there is plenty of on street parking.
