Mills Beach House is the perfect location for the most relaxing indulgent holiday! A house of pure glass overlooking the ocean where we sit on the balcony and watch the yachts go by with the city lights in the distance. In the afternoon we cross the road to one of the most beautiful beaches on the Peninsula. Mills Beach is perfect for swimming and is family friendly. A late afternoon game of tennis with the family and then a short walk to the Main Street in Mornington for dinner at any one of the many cafes and restaurants.
Our favourite spots to eat are DOC for unbelievable pizza, entertaining Italian waiter service and deli items. For breakfast or lunch Mersetta or the Winey Cow are highly recommended. For a special occasion try the wonderful cocktails and food at Wildflower or another italian favourite Gradi 400. So much to choose from...
Mornington is perfect for a little retail therapy and Wednesdays are market day. MPRG is a fabulous art space along with the Oak Gallery.
This town is the doorstep to the Mornington Pensinsula so you don't have to drive far to visit wineries, gourmet producers and any of the major attractions.

What fun! a new house to visit that lets four-legged friends like me sleep inside.
There is no garden but Royal Beach is only a 10 min walk away where I can play in the water all day. There is lots a perfect verandah for anytime to keep me out of the weather.
I LOVE THIS PLACE.
