A haven is exactly what this home is. Escape the daily hustle and bustle of life when you step inside this delightful property with its calm, soothing decor and sense of space.
The open plan living area has plenty of windows allowing in an abundance of natural light. It has reverse cycle air conditioning for your comfort. The kitchen is beautifully appointed with a large island bench with stools, perfect for breakfast or sharing a wine while the chef is cooking up a storm. There is everything you’ll need for entertaining or an extended stay, including a microwave, dishwasher and coffee pod machine. The feature gas fireplace adds warmth. Enjoy sitting in one of the two occasional chairs in front of it for a pre-dinner drink or a cuppa. The dining suite seats 6. The lounge has a large modular sofa and TV, and looks out past the patio to the gardens laid to lawn, a great place for children and possibly the family pet to have a run around after a day at the beach. There is also an additional lounge for some quiet respite. All is tastefully decorated with a relaxed coastal vibe. Internal access from the double garage provides convenience for shopping and unloading the car.
The bedrooms are all equally well presented with quality linen provided. The main is a large room with a Queen size bed, walk-in wardrobe and a modern shower ensuite. There are two with Queen beds and another double. They share a family bathroom with a bathtub, separate shower, vanity and toilet. There is also a washing machine for your convenience.
With free WIFi, plenty of parking both in the double garage and in front of it, and an alarm and security cameras at front and back of the property, there is so much going for this delightful home.

The golden sands of the unspoilt Seascapes Beach is just a 15-minute walk or short drive away, offering all the benefits of a beach holiday destination, from swimming and surfing to snorkelling and fishing. Enjoy the coastal walk south to Pringle Bay Beach or take advantage of one of three local parks to take the children and perhaps the dog.
Not far east from the property is the very special Peel Estuary. From natural wildlife to pelicans and the famous local Blue Manna crabs, it’s a drawcard for visitors. In terms of cafes, bars and restaurants, there’s an enormous choice. Nearby is the Boundary Island Brewery, well worth a visit, or head into Mandurah where you’ll find options ranging from Italian, Thai and Indian, to pub grub and fine dining. There’s something for everyone.
The foreshore offers fun for the kids: playgrounds, King Carnival and a pirate ship experience as well as the hop-on-hop-off tourist train and the aquatic centre. They’ll never want to go home!
There’s plenty for the adults too, with some excellent golf courses, wineries and spas in the nearby area as well as plenty of shops and boutiques for a bit of holiday retail therapy.
