This is a superb 4 bedroom house for a beach holiday. Situated directly across the road from the beach on Ocean Road, you have an uninterupted view of the ocean, out to Whakaari / White Island and the East Cape.
It is a simple stroll across the road and through the dunes to get to the beach.
The house was completely refurbished in 2010 and furnished and equipped as new. All is in immaculate condition. Comfortably sleeps 8 with room for 'overflow'. Ideal for 2 families to share.
The kitchen is very well equipped with new cutlery / dinnerware / glassware / cooking utensils. It also has the bonus of a stunning view out to the beach through bi-fold windows which we invariably have open.
A balcony on either side of the house allows you to sit out of any breeze and a bricked courtyard at the back of the house is ideal for alfresco dining with a BBQ available for cooking.
2 Kayaks, boogie boards and wet suits are available for the beach. Pool table and table tennis table are situated in the garage for the rare wet day!
Back yard is completely fenced in so the kids can't escape!
