Please note, the back yard is currently not fully fenced. We do ask for you to please keep your fur babies off all furniture and bedding.
Narrawallee Beach House has been renovated and set up so the kids are kept downstairs and parents can rest and relax upstairs, with both areas having amazing views.

Upstairs consists of kitchen, dining, lounge, sunroom, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Off the master bedroom the doors open onto the balcony giving you a cool breeze in the evening and a beautiful sunrise in the morning. You will also be met with one of the most beautiful en-suites in Narrawallee with a view you could take in for hours.
Downstairs is a great kids space, consisting of a lounge/games room and a kitchenette, including a gas stove, microwave, mini fridge, sink and plates, bowls and cups. It is also set up with a TV, table tennis as well as a large table to play board games on. This room also opens onto a back deck and the yard for the kids to play in. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and laundry located on the ground floor.
Guests are required to bring all personal, pantry and toiletry items as minimal items are supplied and vary at each property. This includes toilet paper.
Please note a Pre-Authorisation form will be emailed to you prior to your arrival. This form is mandatory and will need to be completed prior to you receiving your access instructions. Please call our office directly if you have any questions or concerns regarding this.
This is also the perfect holiday home to getaway to if you still need to work as wifi, a computer and a printer are available for guest use.
On the decks are 2 bbq’s so if you have a family to feed both can be used while looking at the water.
This spacious, modern home is just 300m around the corner from Narrawallee Beach and 1km from Mollymook Beach. Close to shops, restaurants and cafes as well as clubs. From the home you are a 5 min drive to Milton township where you can enjoy a great lunch or just a coffee.
Please come and enjoy the ocean breeze during summer or warm up by the fire during the cooler months. This home is great all year round.
The property will sleep 9 people very comfortably in the 4 bedrooms and all bed linen and bath towels are provided you just need to bring your beach towels. The kitchen is well stocked with all appliances in the cupboard that you will need as well as a dishwasher and Aldi Coffee machine.

This property caters for couples and families. No parties or large group bookings are permitted. Failure to comply will lead to loss of security deposit and/or immediate termination. Please also note that this property is strictly no smoking inside of the premises.
