Providing rarefied seclusion yet located only minutes from Aireys Inlet surf, shops and cafes, Narriyu is as much a luxurious exclusive retreat as it is a beach house.
On arrival, a long winding driveway surrounded by native bush leads you to the beautiful four bedroom home with sweeping valley vistas.
Against this impressive backdrop, the open plan living/kitchen/dining provides a wonderful centrepiece for family and friends to escape and relax, with a feature fireplace to warm the cooler months. A north facing deck flowing off the living/kitchen/dining space is the perfect place to watch a sunset on a balmy evening or enjoy a sun-kissed breakfast.
Heading away from the main living is a casual lounge and a second fireplace, a cosy spot to sneak away with a good book. Two spacious queen bedrooms with valley views, a custom bunk room and the main bathroom share the hallway to the rear of the living spaces. The eastern end of the home has an extensive master bedroom with king bed, sizeable internal spa and ensuite which all enjoy expansive private views. Buk room has 1 x bunk and 1 x double bunk.
An outdoor spa, double trampoline and fire pit are there to be enjoyed, as are the beautiful beaches at Aireys Inlet, Fairhaven, Moggs Creek and Eastern View and the amazing walking, mountain-bike and horse trails in the Greater Otway National Park that surrounds the property.
If that’s not enough, an externally accessed entertainment room with a table tennis table, air-hockey table, flat screen TV, board games, and its very own bathroom provides another excuse to bunker down and stay put with family and friends (this is an optional extra).

Narriyu is a Wadawurrung word meaning ‘top of hill’. This home is located on the traditional lands of the Wadawurrung people and we pay our respects to their Elders past, present and emerging.
