The moment you drive in to Woodstone Estate you will be impressed by the peace and quiet, the towering trees and the feeling of living amongst nature.
With 18 acres of unspoilt nature to explore, Woodstone has its own lake, hiking trails and plenty of wildlife. It’s the perfect place to relax and experience everything the region has to offer.
You’ll love the open plan kitchen/living/dining area that overlooks the dam and native bushland. In winter relax in front of the fireplace with one of our regions stunning wines and kick back and relax and take in the views! After a day out exploring, enjoy a BBQ surround by nature in one of the 2 BBQ areas available for guests.
Both bedrooms are spacious with views out to the bushland. The master bedroom has a queen bed, and the second bedroom consists of two single beds. A full-sized modern bathroom services both bedrooms.
It’s easy to feel tucked away in nature here, and with the added benefit of being 8 minutes away from the Dunsborough township, there is no shortage of cafes, restaurants and galleries. You are also on the doorstep of some of the region’s best beaches, wineries and activities. Yallingup is also just 9 minutes away.
Grasstree Cottage is one of four cottages available to rent on the estate. The property is ideal for one family or small group of friends. Group bookings (up to 22 people) can be accommodated across all cottages.
Well behaved dogs are welcome at Grasstree Cottage subject to approval. Dogs are an additional $30 per night, per animal plus $500 pet bond.
Sleeps 4. All linen except cot linen & beach towels is provided.

Bedroom 2 – 2 x single beds.
This property is self-catering; however, a welcome pack of essential items is provided. We also provide a porta cot and highchair – we do request that you bring along your own cot linen and mattress protector.
