Near & Far Lodge is on a great riverside private property located 10 mins drive from Yamba. Suitable for your small group or family get together. If you like being away from the mob in a rural area, you will enjoy the out of the ordinary, simply furnished, rustic 4 bedroom farmhouse shed conversion. If you’re an early riser you will see wonderful sunrises over the river, plenty of kangaroos, birds, jumping mullet, maybe a dolphin or sea eagle.
About the property
3km all weather private unsealed road. A secluded private property with open spaces, unfenced river and canals, farm animals and wildlife close by. Kangaroos are regularly around the buildings in the yard and can be grazing up to the door at night. Town water, grid power, WIFI is available in the area but not provided.
Near and Far Lodge is a comfortable spacious 200sqm shed conversion, with plywood lined walls, insulated roof, ceiling not lined. 1 air conditioned bedroom with 2x queen beds, 2 bedrooms with queen beds and ceiling fan, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds , plus 1 fold out single bed available. The cosy wood fireplace in the living room, wood provided, floor rugs. Cooling breeze off the river with east west airflow keeps the building cool in the summer. Easy parking and close to wedding venues on the island.
