The modern fully equipped kitchen is where you can cook any meal (including an oven) and be fully self-sufficient. Walking distance to local cafe strips with gourmet butchers and grocers, or sit on the private balcony with a coffee and watch the world go by.

The property is opposite a high frequency bus route giving you access directly to the CBD or Fremantle by catching a single bus each way.

This property is located on the first floor with one set of stairs required to access, in a small complex of 4 units with most of the other residents being long term tenants, who value their privacy and peace and quiet. Its requested that the complex and its residents are treated with the utmost respect, regarding excess noise, parking in the allocated bay and not smoking on the property.
