An easy walk to the famous Margaret Mahy playground is a bonus. You have the choice to dine out at local restaurants or cook at home in the fully equipped kitchen. This comfy central city home is complete with a Queen bed upstairs and the sofa converts to a bed in the living area (extra cost for sofa bed linen).
Ground Floor has the kitchen, living and dining area flowing to the private, fully fenced courtyard.
Upstairs (1st Floor) has the bedroom with Queen Bed and desk, plus the full sized bathroom.
In the kitchen area is the washing and dryer combination machine for guest use.

City Noise - Please note this is an inner city Townhouse. Its near the road and some intersections and has usual city noises. Pedestrians walking past, cars driving and the occasional Siren. The Townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended, or perhaps choose a property not so close to the city.

This property comes with street only parking. There is free, untimed parking outside on Salisbury Street and around the corner on Madras Street. A local convenience store is located 20m from the development for any late night needs.
Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning.
