This house is newly renovated and has everything you need to enjoy a weekend getaway with friends or family. It sits on a 1 acre lot and has river frontage allowing you to fish, crab, or sunbathe on the pier all day long. Bring your boat, launch it at the private boat ramp in the neighborhood, and enjoy fishing, playing, or a little of both! We are only a 25 min. boat ride to Sargent and 20 min. boat ride to Freeport. There is a private beach that can be accessed by boat only that has some great fishing and beachcombing. The house is equipped with all of the kitchen appliances you will need to have a comfortable stay and it also comes with a grill, fire pit (bring your own wood), kayaks, beach toys, chairs, pack and play (optional), high chair, washer and dryer and so much more.
This is a 2 bedroom/1 bath house with a queen in one bedroom, a full/twin bunk in the second bedroom and a couch bed in the living room. There is a smart TV and internet with free wi-fi!
