Other things to note
I can have the house unattended for you as much as I can,
but I do need you to understand that I may need to pop in and out whenever I need to to get things or do things at the home.
You are likely to see me during your stay and I am very happy to assist you in any way I can.
Officially I (one person) still live there and the house has all our contents, but I am hardly ever home or staying over.
This house was built in 1970 and thus is far from perfect. Some repairs are currently needed to home, especially in bedroom five which is the only out of use. I am happy to help you in whatever means I can to have a happy and comfortable stay in my spacious vintage home in lovely location.
