Summary: Everything in the room was dated, the shower had no door or curtain, water everywhere after shower. The bed linen was much shorter length to the bed ( wrong size bed linen) . The safety deposit BOXES WERE both out of order. The lift to the room was out of order., etc etc etc The hotel should have been rated 3.5 star maximum, not 4.5 star, which was misleading.
