The Location – Our humble abode is situated nearby Corlette Beach & the bay within a beautiful and quiet location. An ideal place to relax and contemplate life itself. On the left side of Kanangra Avenue, there's a walkway down to Corlette Beach and Bagnalls with a very attractive scenery, great for walking and jogging, and there's The Anchorage which is a ten-minute walk from the beach.
Easily accessible to restaurants and cafes such as Sanook Thai, The Galley Kitchen, L'il Buddha Asian Cuisine, Evviva Cafe & Bar, Thai Charm, Bluewater Grill, Sandpipers, Dolphin House, The Wharf Restaurant, Sienna's Pizzeria, Wok N roll and many more.
The Apartment – We all deserve a little relaxation time with panoramic, water views, and at 27A Kanangra Avenue, these views are available from the bedroom and balcony. The downstairs floor of this two-story house is all yours, which fits 5 people, with two bedrooms and one bathroom. It is accessible via the private entrance up the stairs, on the left-hand side, through glass gate doors.
The lounge room invites you in with a split air conditioning system, a smart-tv and a free wi-fi connection, so you can enjoy movies or shows on Foxtel or Netflix. The highlight of our property is our a magnificent in-ground swimming pool right at the front door, exclusive to our guests. Access to the pool is off the lounge room. The yard has a patio which extends to a fenced balcony. Here you will find outdoor chairs, an umbrella, table and chairs, and gas BBQ with gas bottles; a perfect entertaining covered area.
The kitchen is equipped with a full fridge/freezer combination, oven, microwave, cooktop, kettle, dishwasher, toaster, pantry, with basic dishes and utensils, crockery, cutlery, and glassware. Other features of this full kitchen are internal washing machine and dryer provided with iron and ironing board for use as well.
Each bedroom is decorated with bedside tables and lamps, a clothes stand, pedestal fans, a mirror, and wall art. The master bedroom is complete with a queen-size bed and the second bedroom offers a queen bed and a single bed. The main bathroom has a separate shower and toilet.
There is a parking spot available off-street and in front of the garage which could possibly have room for a boat, depending on the size you're towing.
You can access the house privately via stairs on the left-hand side through glass gates.
Feel secure in our home with screen doors locked for security purposes, and can be opened for fresh air.
Linens are supplied. If you would like bed makes, please contact our office. There are definitely smoke alarms at this property. The pool is certified.
