The Space:
As soon as you walk into the front door, you are welcomed by the beautiful modern interiors and a beach vibe. The lounge room is spacious, with a large Smart TV, Fetch TV, air conditioning, and ceiling fans. There is a dining table that extends to seat 8 people where you can sit and enjoy a meal. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, large fridge with water and ice maker and has everything you need to cook a meal.
The master bedroom is huge and features a king bed, modern ensuite with shower and spa bath, wardrobes, and ceiling fan. The room opens onto the back deck which allows for beautiful ocean breezes of an afternoon. The back deck features a table and a BBQ. There is also an outdoor shower that runs hot water – perfect for when you get back from the beach!
The second bedroom features a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two comfortable single beds and a desk. Both bedrooms have wardrobes and ceiling fans. There main bedroom has a shower, vanity, and toilet. The fourth bedroom is located out the back in a retreat separate from the house. The room has a ceiling fan, TV with Netflix, and ensuite with shower and toilet.
The retreat opens out into a beautiful sitting area with outdoor furniture and day beds surrounded by palm trees. This area is perfect to relax together of an evening, wind down with a book or a glass of wine and relax.
Guest Access:
Guests will be able to access the entire house except for the garage.
The Neighborhood:
Just a short stroll 200m and you are at Blacksmiths Beach. This beach is great for children and patrolled of the warmer months. Blacksmiths is a small beachside suburb with a couple of cafes, takeaway shops, convenience store, and just a short drive to the town center of Swansea.
Getting Around:
Buses, uber and taxis are available.

This self-contained home is booked exclusively for your use, it is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and we have contactless check-in and check-out to help you have a Safe-Stay.
There may be a noise monitor at the property - this will send automatic messages should the noise level be above 80 dB. please be mindful of the neighbours as we follow a good neighbour policy in regard to noise and behaviour. A security camera may also be located at the front of the property but this is not monitored unless a concern is raised by the neighbours or community.
