Ocean Breeze Court boasts three double bedrooms all opening onto spacious verandas.
Bedroom one , the main bedroom has its own walk-in wardrobe and ultra modern ensuite, this is coupled with its own 50 Tv and to keep things nice a cool when needed a remote operated air-conditioner. This room is all beautifully decorated to (set the mood) help you relax and enjoy your stay. Floor to ceiling glass doors open up onto a spacious veranda where you can perhaps relax and enjoy your latest novel or maybe just lie back on the sun beds with your feet up and take pleasure in the ocean breeze.
Bedroom two has another queen-size double bed and built in wardrobe. Opening on to a veranda with a bar setting table and chairs so you can enjoy a couple of refreshing drinks at days end or maybe just sit outside and enjoy your alfresco breakfast. There is also remote controlled ceiling fan for your convenience.
Bedroom three has two single beds and if your family (or friends) requires that little extra accommodation then each single has a hidden pull-out trundle to assist your needs. Once again this bedroom has its own built in wardrobe and opens up onto a veranda through double sliding doors. There is also a remote controlled ceiling fan for your convenience.
If you enjoy your cooking then a fully optioned modern kitchen is equipped with everything the family chef will need to cook up that special family meal.
Appliances provided include: Electric frying pan, electric sandwich press, toaster, kettle, coffee pod machine, milk frother and Blender. Other inclusions comprise of a full set of quality saucepans, a knife block and all quality crockery, glassware and cutlery are also provided. All this can be set on a beautiful dining suit for the whole family or group to enjoy.
Its hard not to relax in the main living area with a large leather lounge and 60 Tv, this is coupled blue tooth sound bar so all your music can be streamed straight from your smart device. A Bluray Dvd player is also provided for your entertainment needs. A remote controlled air conditioner is provided for your convenience in this main living / dining area.
This main living are also opens up onto the front veranda where you can sit and chat with friends over coffee or a glass of cold chardonnay while some steaks sizzle on the BBQ.

Moving upstairs and a large open-air entertainment area will give opportunity for that alfresco family meal including BBQ facilities and the expediency of a large cantilever sun umbrella. 50 Bbq cleaning fee will be applied if the Bbq is left unclean after use.
