Refreshed and ready to receive guests the home has three bedrooms, one and a half bathrooms and a full kitchen with an open plan coastal style living space to enjoy.
The space
This cosy and comfortable 3 bedrooms home is on one level, with laundry and second toilet downstairs. Super comfortable queen sized beds in two bedrooms with a double/single bunk bed in the third bedroom. Relax on the deck or enjoy the large suburban block that provides plenty of outdoor space with fire pit and chairs to enjoy.
Full linen and bath towels are provided so don't bring a thing just come and enjoy your stay.

Only a 250m walk to family friendly Casey’s Beach, or a short drive to Surf Beach with surf lifesaving patrols. A 750m walk or moments drive to Batehaven Shops with cafe's, restaurants, IGA supermarket, bottle shop, markets, community events and amazing children's playground.
A 10 minute drive to Batemans Bay with all this regional centre has to offer including shopping, pubs, clubs, movie cinema, waterfront dining and children's activities including the state of the art Aquatic and Arts Pavilions.
Hike into the Buddawang National Park and conquer Pigeon House mountain or take an overnight trip and challenge yourself to summit The Castle.
If water sports is more your thing ski and board in the pristine Clyde river, SCUBA dive or whale and dolphin watch via boat or from shore, sun bake and surf the many beaches and breaks on this magical section of the Australian Coast. Fish and eat seafood until your heart is content.
