Two bedrooms are setup as King doubles and one bedroom as King singles.

The gas heating is very powerful in winter and an air-conditioned system is installed for those warmer summer days.

The Neighborhood:
The Cottage is located in the heart of Bathurst Town centre. Cafe’s, Restaurants and grocery stores are a few minutes walk from the property. George Street is a busy leafy street which meets with the beautiful river walk ways.
Getting Around:
The house is conveniently located within the CBD therefore most shopping/dining locations are within walking distance.

Parking 🚘:
A newly erected carport and concreted area is available to guests. There are several off-street parking spaces along the side of the house by the hedge.
Rear of property:
Inside the hedge is a small courtyard with table and chairs for 6 people. A clothesline is also available via the back door.
Mudroom/Workstation:
Dedicated desk with 50Mbps WIFI.
In summer, it is advised to have the wooden blinds closed to keep the afternoon sun from entering and overheating the rear of the house.
Pooch 🐶:
Pets are allowed, provided they are toilet trained and are not to sleep in the bedrooms or on lounge furniture.
There is a vacuum and cleaning products in the mudroom cupboard for any mistakes and loose hair - please be mindful to keep allergens low for other guests. There should be a spare pet bowl as well.
When using the front garden you must pickup after your pet and dispose in the bin to keep the grounds tidy.
The backyard is not bound by a fence. It would be recommended to mind the pet when outside as there is a right of way driveway. Pets are not to be left unattended inside the house.
