Elevating your stay further, guests enjoy exclusive access to a well-equipped gym, a dedicated pool table room and a tennis court (don’t forget to bring your tennis rackets!). You can also explore and relish the captivating gardens, all while being surrounded by over 1,000 apple trees scattered across various orchards on the grounds.
Complimentary tea, coffee, and milk are provided for your convenience. In addition, guests are treated to a delightful cheese and charcuterie platter, accompanied by the acclaimed 321 Cider crafted from the estate's Heritage Apples.

Important Booking Information
An additional 4 guests can be accommodated at the adjoining Lemon Tree Apartment if required. Please see the separate listing “Orchards at Spring Vale Farm” if you wish to book use of both the Homestead (6 guests) and Lemon Tree Apartment (4 guests).
When booking “Orchards at Springs Vale Farm – Homestead 6 guests”, the adjoining Lemon Tree Apartment and Atrium will be closed and not accessible. These will not be available for other guests to book.
There is a caretaker’s cottage at the entrance to the property. This is a private dwelling rented separately from the Homestead.
Check-in time is between 3.00-4.00pm. The owner will meet you at the property to provide access and information about the property. If you require a later check-in, please contact the owner on the day to arrange this with them directly (contact details will be provided).
For people travelling with children please note there is a large dam at the property. It is unsuitable for swimming.
Orchards at Spring Vale Farm does not provide wedding accommodation unless the property is booked for a wedding. Nor is it available to host large parties or gatherings.
