welcomed to a large open-plan family area that flows out to the large alfresco with picturesque views over the Manning River.
Accommodating up to 16 guests across seven bedrooms and three bathrooms, there's plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy their time away. In the master bedroom,
a luxurious king bed and stylish ensuite will greet you. With queen beds in the other 4 bedrooms, there are 2 more bedrooms in the detached bunk house with their own shared
bathroom, containing one king single bunk and one king single bed in each room, a perfect area for teens to retreat and chill.
From the deck, you can enjoy your morning coffee soaking in the tranquil river views whilst watching native birds and dolphins cruise by, relax with a drink in the shack with a full-
size bar or around the fire pit as you watch the magical sunsets, then fire up the BBQ and enjoy dining al-fresco on the undercover outdoor entertaining space.
This home backs right onto the river, so make sure you bring your fishing rods, paddle boards, and kayaks and embrace nature the way it was meant to be enjoyed. Got a tinny?
There's even a boat ramp (as this a tidal jetty, tinny's can only be launched safely at high tide). The house is located in very tranquil surroundings. However, if you are looking for
beaches, Manning Point, Old Bar and Wallabi Point beaches are only 15min away.
Access:
The last 3km of your travels to access this property will be down council-maintained dirt roads and there is a cow crossing at the start of the driveway. To find paradise sometimes
we must go down the road less travelled.

This property has 100m of unfenced river frontage.
As we are located between working dairy farms, we request that all guests stay safely within the fences of the property and respect our neighbours.
Strictly no schoolies, parties or gatherings are to be held on this property. Any breach of these regulations may result in eviction without a refund of bond money.
