Best suited for 1 to 2 people Not suitable for kids or pets. 25 mins drive to City ctr or Adelaide airport.

This is a combined bedroom/lounge/kitchen with a separate bathroom . It's quite spacious with a small dining table for 2 ,bar with 4 stools inside & 4 outside . The kitchen is a full size ( not kitchenette)
Guest access
The front of the studio is all paved and you can use this area to sit / bbq/ and use the bar with opening out window and it is not shared with the owners although they may drive or walk into the garage using the paved area.
Other things to note
Strictly no smoking/ vaping inside .However you may by all means smoke away from the building .( we have a little designated area over to the side ) Not at the bar please.
