Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The house was spacious and accommodated our big group well. The indoor fireplace was a bonus for the chilly winter nights.

Negative: Upon arrival we were unable to check in and could not reach the hosts which meant we were left waiting outside for 30 minutes. The house was not cleaned properly with dirty mugs, floors and bathrooms. Two of the beds were uncomfortable with thin, paper like pillows and the large bathroom was missing a shower screen which meant water went all over the floor after every shower.

Summary: The communication and cleanliness of the property really needs to improve to ensure a positive stay.
