With outstanding amenities available to use our ocean front apartment is perfect for business or pleasure. A huge private balcony overlooks spectacular views of the coast-line with nothing but grass and sand between you and the sea. The open plan living area on the lower floor comprises of a sleek kitchen fitted with exceptional quality fixtures and appliances, a dining area for six, and a comfortable lounge dressed with sophisticated furnishings.
Located three floors high, beach-side living has never been so beautiful and you’ll be guaranteed a peaceful night’s sleep on our luxurious queen size pillow-top mattresses. Both bedrooms are spacious and include built in wardrobes, with both enjoying amazing views of the ocean from your bed.
The upper living area hosts a fold out sofa bed, with direct access to the top level balcony. The apartment is equipped with a hidden away washing machine and dryer for your convenience.
We like to provide our guests with quality linen / bedding / bath towels included within the cleaning cost – we do this so you can just arrive and unwind. We hope this little addition makes your vacation more enjoyable.
If you require car parking, we will be pleased to offer you instructions on how to access a designated, secure car park on site free of charge. Carpark height clearance is 2.3 m.
PLEASE NOTE: if you require all three beds made (inc the sofa) please advise us at the time of booking.
Please be aware that this apartment building complex is a mixed use building. Professionals, long -term residents and guests like yourself reside in the building.
All bookings require a $500 bond to cover any damage caused to the property. The Security Bond will only be released after full inspection of the property upon check out. This is to confirm there has been no damage to the property, no missing items and no excessive cleaning is required.

As a self-contained apartment, keys are accessed through a contactless method from a lockbox on-site. Please note there is no elevator in this building.
Due to safety concerns with strong winds, the outdoor furniture on the terrace/balcony has been replaced with 2 sun lounges and a dining table.
Please note that the apartment is fitted with security camera on the along with noise monitoring device to ensure our strict no party policy is adhered to.
Important note: A security bond will be required for your stay. The bond will be refunded in full within 7 days of checkout, subject to the property being left in good condition.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a quiet place, perfect to relax and enjoy, so please no loud noise & no parties. Quiet Hours are between: 11PM and 8AM. We are in constant contact with the surrounding neighbors who will let us know if there is any disturbances.
NO SMOKING: Strictly NO smoking inside, on the balcony or in any outside areas.
PENALTIES: If any damage is caused, smoking takes place or there is evidence of a party there will be a $500 penalty plus we will request the repair costs plus the extra cleaning costs. Please respect these rules.
