The Space:
This spacious and modern 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom holiday home boasts stunning views from almost every room in the house! You'll love cooking up a storm in the huge kitchen, complete with gas and electric cooking appliances, all the essentials, including a coffee pod machine. A central island and breakfast bar perfect for downing fish and chips, brunching on the run, or assembling the cheese plate bound for the balcony, a fine local Pinot Gris, and an amazing sunset.
The main living area is the ideal spot to relax and unwind, with plenty of space for everyone and stunning ocean views from the balcony. From the balcony you’ll also spy passer’s by, kayaker's, locals pounding the pavement with their dogs and kids, all from the privacy and security of two perfectly positioned terraces. And if it gets a little gusty out front, you can always take refuge in the enclosed courtyard, with bonus BBQ and outdoor seating area to enjoy an evening meal.

This is a self catering property. Towels & linen supplied, along with a starter consumables pack including tea, coffee, milk, coffee pods, soap & toilet paper. Depending on your length of stay and usage, you may need to purchase additional consumable items during your stay. We do not replenish these items mid stay.
Please note, the upper level is accessible by STAIRS ONLY, and there is no elevator in the house. Sorry, we don't have stair gates, so if you have very young children, please keep this in mind.
The third bedroom (with the two single beds) is on the upper floor, and the other two bedrooms are on the ground floor. There is a powder room located upstairs, the main and ensuite bathrooms are both on the ground floor.
The garage can only be opened manually by push button from the inside, and does not come with a remote. So you will have to get out of your car to open and close it.
