LOCATION
Paperbark Retreat is located at 50 Paperbark Place in Lake Innes, 15 minutes drive from Port Macquarie town centre and its beaches, and 20 minutes from Bonny Hills Rainbow Beach, Port Macquarie Sovereign Hills IGA shopping centre with cafes and restaurants is 10 minutes drive East. Wauchope regional hub is 15 minutes drive West. Get the best of both worlds, Enjoy your peace and quiet amongst the amazing outdoors just outside regional city limits.
THE SPACE
Spacious single level home with all comforts such as ducted aircon, smart TVs. Upon entering via the front door, your are greeted by an abundance of space with interesting artworks taking you to various parts of the globe. The gourmet kitchen is the heart of the house with an English style Falcon gas stove with multiple ovens. No family dinner is too big for this kitchen. Equipped with all electrical applicances you need, oven trays and quality crockery for a convenient stay just like home. The kitchen overlooks the open plan dining and lounge room. The lounge room and dining room are divided by two-sided fire place releasing warmth to both side. The comfy lounge can sit 6-8 guests easily, crawl up for a family movie. Towards the left of the kitchen is the adult sitting room aka library with a vast array of books to choose from. Simply switch off your screens and enjoy reading and playing games.
The master bedroom is in the left wing of the house, has a large walk-in robe and ensuite with garden views, and walk-in shower double shower on each side for simultaneous bathing, as well as double vanity and a free standing bath.
On the other side of the hallway are the three other bedrooms, main bathroom and separate toilet.
A rumpus room set up as second TV room is off the hallway.
Multiple outdoor areas, covered alfresco dining and BBQ area, an open outdoor fire pit, ensures your escape from the city yet with all comforts at hand. Enjoy the silence and star gazing at night, you can admire the milky way here in its full glory. Outside the fenced area you can see kangaroos and wallabies.

WIFI is provided, however the speed in regional NSW is less strong than Metro areas. Be aware that during the signal can be patchy and can drop out, especially during bad weather. Hence Netflix is unreliable, for that reason we provided you with 4x draws of DVDs for an `old-fashioned¿ movies experience.

Double garage with 3rd simply toilet and shower, carport and plenty of driveway parking.
Plenty of space for boats, trailers.
