Positive: It was on the ground floor. No stairs to contend with. The room was welcoming. Could do with a new bench top as the current one is full of marks.

Negative: Benchtop could do with a repair/change.

Summary: It was a very pleasant stay. Lee (the manager) was very accomodating.
