Summary: The hotel is centrally located and walking distance to the city centre and Darling Harbour. We upgraded to the Club Room, and the room was very basic, drab and uninspiring and I did not think it was any better than the standard room except for the Club Lounge benefits, which were very good. The rooms are not sound proofed and you can hear a lot of noise from the other rooms. The rooms are large and very clean. The bathroom was clean but the bathroom flooded the floor every time you had a shower.
