The Cottage is a spacious modern colonial style mountain home, which sleeps 13 people in comfort offering plenty of room for the family or group holiday.
There are 4 bedrooms - downstairs a king bedroom with ensuite, upstairs a queen bedroom and a bedroom which sleeps 4 in two sets of double bunks which share a bathroom with a bath and separate shower. The large bedroom with ensuite and walk in wardrobe sleeps 5 in a king bed, a set of double bunks and a single bed. There is a roll away motel style bed for a 14th person (extra charge). During Summer when we usually have smaller numbers the tariff is for 10 people. Extra people are $25 per person per day . During Winter the tariff is for up the 13 people
Downstairs is a private relaxation area with a spa, sauna and an extra shower and toilet. The very large and comfortable open plan living and dining area has a large stone open fireplace, TV, Foxtel, DVD, music system and there is free Wifi. The whole Cottage is centrally heated.
Outside is a BBQ and a large area for the family cricket game. From the front wrap around verandah, you can watch the kangaroos and horses in the paddocks.
Attached to The Cottage is a self contained studio, best for 2 people, perfect for the grandparents to retire to for family reunions. The studio is let separately but can be combined with The Cottage sleeping 15 people in comfort.
The Bedsitter and The Cottage share a laundry/drying room.

The Studio is a fully self contained open plan apartment attached to the Pender Lea Cottage. The interior has timber lined walls and slate floors, a separate bathroom, walk in robe, deluxe queen bed, sofa bed and fully equipped kitchen. The Studio has central heating LCD TV DVD , Foxtel , music system,free Wifi laundry and drying room.
"The Studio" is the perfect cosy mountain getaway for a couple. Sleeps 2 comfortably & can sleep 4 using the double sofa bed. There is an extra charge if there are more than 2 people
