Pepper Tree is nestled on a private acreage beside the Wollombi Brook. Our guests love the open entertaining deck, saltwater pool, day beds, fire pit, cabana & BBQ area overlooking the mountains. This property is unique in that it has a private ensuite attached to each bedroom, spacious wardrobes & the option to add roll away beds making it perfect for social groups who value having their own private facilities. We are a 7 min drive to Wollombi Village and 25 mins to the Vineyards in Pokolbin.
Peppertree is a spacious 3 bedroom home with an adjoining self-contained studio. The property sleeps up to 12 adults in total so it's a really good option for larger groups. We can set up rollaway beds in 2 of the main house bedrooms and 4 down in the studio (we’re yet to sleep on a comfortable sofa bed, so don’t worry about ending up on one of them).
The main home has an open plan living and dining room with large bi-fold doors opening on to Pepper Tree's expansive timber deck and views of the paddocks, river and mountains. The deck also opens out to one of the properties most popular features; the cabana, pool and entertaining area. It's a great place to unwind with a glass of local vino and friends.
The adjoining self-contained studio can sleep up to 6 adults (1 Queen, 4 single comfy rollaway beds) and has its own bathroom, living room, kitchen and verandah. It has plenty of and reverse cycle air-con.
