Pepperton Homestead is a self-contained house in rural Central Victoria, located just 3 km from the township of Elmore and within 30 minutes drive of both Bendigo and Echuca

This traditional farm homestead can accommodate up to 14 guests, with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large kitchen, spacious lounge, laundry facilities and a wide country verandah surrounded by beautiful gardens.
Surrounding the homestead are open rural landscapes & stunning sunsets. In the colder months, guests can sit around the specially prepared campfire within the grounds and toast complimentary marshmallows.
In summer months relax in the beautiful surrounding gardens, all year-round star-gazing at beautifully clear night skies.
Farmer Roger if available and upon request can take you around the farm to see the sheep.
The homestead is fully fenced and we please ask that guest do not wander onto the working farm.
Pepperton Homestead is available year round for families or groups up to 14.
All rates quoted are for 2 guests. All extra guests are $65 per night.
While we do not charge for infants under 2 years of age with their own portacot if a bed is to be used there is a cost of $30 per stay.

2 night Minimum Stay Whole House Rate $1500.00 for the weekend (up to 12 guests may stay for this price)

3 night minimum - full house rate $550 per night up to 6 guests - extra guests $65 per head per night
* Christmas-Boxing Day also New Years Eve-New Years Day
2 night minimum - full house rate $1500 for 2 nights up to 6 guests may stay for this rate - extra guests $65 per head per night
PAYMENT OF THE TARIFF: Payments are to be made via the HomeAway site on confirmation of booking. We ask for a 50% deposit to confirm the booking with the balance payable at least 14 days prior to your arrival. (If your stay is within a month of making the booking, full payment will be required to secure the booking).
CANCELLATION TERMS:
Covid cancellation-full refund of property fee if due to covid lockdown however we cannot refund site charges
If cancellation is made with more than 14 days notice, the 50% deposit will be refunded.
No refunds will be issued to cancellations within 14 days of the booking date.
Where possible, we are open to transferring the booking to alternative dates (subject to availability). Please notify us as soon as you can via the HomeAway site if you need to make amendments to your booking. Any cancellations must be made via HomeAway site and are subject to our cancellation policy.
