The unit is within walking distance to the Beanery/Rea Farm and Garrett Family Preserve and a short drive or bike ride to the Meadows, Hawk Watch Platform, Higbee Beach, and all the birding hotspots on Cape Island. Along with a short bike ride to the Cape May beach, Dining and more. Willow Creek Winery and Beach Plum Farm are also nearby. This property has a nice sized back yard and hosts many migrating songbirds foraging for berries and bugs. This is a perfect escape to visit our beautiful island and enjoy all it has to offer. As you enter the house you’ll walk into a nice sized living room. Continue to your left into an eat in kitchen and then out to your sunroom with dining seating for 6. The right side of the house has three bedrooms. Two will have queen beds and the third will have a set of twin bunk beds. There’s room for parking for 2-3 cars in the driveway. This is a pet friendly property.
