Two Spacious Living Areas:
Enjoy two air conditioned living areas, both with access to relaxing spacious outdoor areas and enjoy the local wildlife, sunsets and stars at night.
Four Comfortable Bedrooms: The home comfortably sleeps 9 and features a king bedroom with ensuite upstairs.
Downstairs there are a further 3 bedrooms including a:
* Bedroom 2 Queen size bedroom,
* Bedroom 3 (Queen/ King Single) Bunk bed room, and
* Bedroom 4 with 2 single beds.

The downstairs rooms offer easy access to the family bathroom with separate toilet allowing for a quick rinse after a day at the beach or unwinding in the bathtub.
Direct Beach Access: Step through the gate at the bottom of the yard and onto the beach path, where you can enjoy a secluded family beach, known only to locals.
The marine reserve is tidal and great for young swimmers , with a coastal walking path that takes you to Churchill Island.
The area has local wildlife including bandicoots (endangered), wallabies and many bird species. There are plenty of rabbits too!
The surf beaches of Woolamai and Smiths Beach are about a 10 MInute Drive.
Pet friendly, the property has grip lock farm fencing, ideal to contain medium and large dogs and a large dog door.
The property is hidden away from the busy Phillip Island towns and is an ideal location to get away from the holiday crowds. This beach house offers the perfect setting for creating unforgettable memories.
Guest access
The house is all yours, feel free to use what is available including the kitchen pantry. The laundry is located in the garage and can be accessed from the hallway.
If there is anything growing feel free to pick and eat it.
We do live in the house year round so will have some locked cupboards (best left unseen by others !)
Other things to note
The house is a 30 minute walk to the local pub/ shops in Woolamai or a 3 min drive.
Part of the charm is that it is tucked away in a quiet area with fabulous neighbors you may well get to know down at the beach or on any walk.
