Welcome to Meadow Lark, a mid-century modern home that was thoughtfully constructed in the ’70s by renowned Northern California architect, Robert Peterson. The home boasts dramatic ceilings, a 1-minute walk to the beach, and breathtaking ocean views- making it a clear choice for those who want to enjoy Sea Ranch in style. And don’t forget your favorite furry friend, dogs are welcome!
When entering, it’s hard to stay put in the home and not venture straight to the bluffs, and we don’t blame you! An outdoor seating area with BBQ on the back patio prompts instant relaxation and is a prime space for dining al fresco!
Inside, the open living space offers ample seating and a cozy wood-burning fireplace. The dramatic plank ceilings are mesmerizing to look at; especially when you have an ocean view in the distance. The room supports an open-concept design so there’s an organic flow throughout the main floor. There is a Smart TV with streaming only, where you can log into your own accounts. A Sonos stereo system is available for streaming on your accounts also. For more entertainment, please enjoys the books, and board games.
The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to whip up signature dishes from home and additional kitchen appliances such as a blender and coffee maker are available for your convenience. Steps away, enjoy meals together at the dining table for 6.
And don’t forget to wind down at the end of the day with a soak in the private hot tub off of the front patio!
The home sleeps up to 4 guests comfortably between 2 private bedrooms and a loft. Each space is furnished with luxe linens to ensure everyone has a restful stay.
Bedroom #1 is outfitted with a Queen bed, and en-suite. The en-suite offers a shower/tub combo.
Bedroom #2 highlights a Twin daybed and Twin trundle.
An upstairs loft is configured with a Full sofa sleeper, Twin daybed, TV, and bathroom.
There are two full bathrooms in this home that are stocked to serve guests. One has a stand-up shower and the other features a shower/tub combo.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• There is an active surveillance camera on-site.
• Your check-in packet will include 2 parking passes. RVs and street parking are NOT permitted.
• High-speed WiFi can be accessed to accommodate students and teleworkers!
• The home is stocked with 4 beach chairs and beach towels for guest use. Feel free to bring them down to the beach and soak in the stunning weather!
• A crib and highchair are available for guest use.
• Firewood will be provided.
• Dog bowls, and a dog bed will also be available for use.
• This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 2 dogs up to 50 lbs combined may be brought to this home. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $75 per pet that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.

Renting Meadow Lark gives guests access to Ohlson Recreation Center and its private amenities; a pool, tennis court, and chapel. Please note that the recreation center is by reservation and it’s possible that the amenities will already be booked during your stay. A bike path is located right behind the house and is a lovely path for all ages to enjoy.
