It has 2 bedrooms, 1 with a queen bed and the other with a bunk bed.
The TV has free to air channels and there is internet access. The house is air conditioned with fans in the bedrooms.
Peter's has plush outdoor seating and the inside dining table overlooks the river.

**BOAT ACCESS ONLY PROPERTY**
Park your car at Kangaroo Point or the ruins boat ramp and catch the water taxi to Peter's.
Peter's on Bar Point has a wharf for you to tie your own boat up at or why not hire a tinny for your stay. Maximum boats size 5.2m. Peter's wharf space is the first space on the right of the jetty.
Peter's on Bar Point is a 20-30 min boat ride from Brooklyn.
There are no shops on Bar Point therefore guests need to bring all supplies with them. The closest shops are in Brooklyn or Spencer however only small convenience stores are offered.
Brooklyn offers a small general store/bottle shop at Brooklyn Marina (through town). The hub of Brooklyn offers the pub and other small dining options. Brooklyn Central is halfway through town offering petrol and other necessities.
The Anchor @ Spencer offers delivered pizzas on a Friday and Saturday night and will deliver other items as well, for a small delivery fee, call the Anchor direct for further details.
Other local points are The Oyster Shed at Mooney Mooney and the Mooney Mooney Club. Or why not take a trip around the river to either Cottage Point Inn, The Anchor @ Spencer or Berowra Waters restaurant.
Or you can just throw a line in at the local jetty, which is a 2-minute stroll from Peter's. Bring the flathead, jewies and anything else you catch back to BBQ on the front veranda, while watching the boat life and odd passer walk by.
No parties or events, noise to be kept to an acceptable level.

Smoking not permitted inside. Please be mindful of your butts when smoking outside to avoid polluting the river.
Please do not use neighbouring jetties for fishing from, or for any other purpose.
There is no council rubbish collection service on the river. Please take all rubbish with you when you check out. Council bins are located at all boat ramps.
Please ensure all lights, air conditioners, fans and tv's are switched off before vacating, and that the dishwasher is empty. Please leave the house neat and tidy.
