This little cottage oozes elegance and comfort and a feeling of calm…all within a stones throw of Coffs Harbour and Sawtell village. Looking onto green fields and forest, Plenty Cottage offers a sunny deck and fire pit outside, and a funky snugness inside. No expense has been spared with comfortable furnishings.
5 minutes drive to beaches and town. 20 minutes to Urunga and Bellingen. Explore National Parks, enjoy Coffs, or sit with the tranquility.
Guests have full use of the garden and vegetable gardens, and may stroll in the paddocks.
Plenty Cottage shares an access road with the homestead on the block behind. They are about 30 metres apart, but well separated by shrubs and trees.
Enjoy the house and it’s garden. There is also under cover parking in the attached carport which makes coming and going in all weather easy.
Plenty Cottage can sleep up to 2 guests.
Master bedroom: 1 x queen bed with fan and built in wardrobe.
You’ll be sharing the paddocks with some lovely horses. Rory is all brown and is especially friendly, loving a nose rub and a good morning chat. Buddy is a brown and white pony who prefers people watching. Thomas lives on the hill next door and will probably poke his head over the fence while you’re having a cuppa on the verandah.
