The property is tri level. Garaging for 2 cars (with turning circle) and easy internal access lead you directly into the house and there is lift access to the two floors below. The master bedroom with king size bed occupies the entirety of this top floor, and enjoys a luxurious ensuite bath, double shower, and wc, plus walk-in robe, with ceiling fan, air conditioning and - of course - a commanding view.
On the middle level, there is the gourmet kitchen with 900mm electric oven and 6 burner gas cooktop, the open plan living with gas fireplace, and elegant dining area, offering beachside sophistication, opening out onto a beautiful terrace. The bathroom has a bath, shower and wc.
The lower floor has the second lounge/tv room and kitchenette, plus 3 bedrooms (1 x king leading to the pool terrace, 1 king or 2 x singles also leading to the pool terrace, 2 x singles, all with individual air conditioning) and a shower with separate wc
Clever landscaping conceals the home from the road and its neighbours via the planting of palms, bamboo, gardenias & magnolias, resulting in privacy, peace, and a quiet location.
