Its location is incredible, being so close to the Balnarring township, shops, Balnarring & Merricks beaches and surrounding suburbs.
Connecting the front bedroom and bathroom ensuite is a light filled glass breezeway, with a water feature garden to the left, and the spectacular outdoor entertaining area with heated Pool to the right. Overhead heating plus a velux closing roof system provides all year round protection from the elements. With the sun blazing down, a retractable screen shades the entertaining area providing even further privacy and protection.
The floor plan has taken everything into consideration, with the master bedroom suite and ensuite located at the end of the breezeway to the right. Private and quiet. A very large open plan lounge with TV, dining for 8 and a deluxe gourmet kitchen complete with a butlers pantry that ticks all the boxes. A powder room and laundry completes this floor plan.
Large glass bi fold doors open up to connect the internal living area with the outdoor entertaining area and pool.
