The second staircase leads to two additional bedrooms both with en-suites and private balconies. Downstairs is another master suite and study area opening into a luxury en-suite with both internal and external shower.
The ground level features spacious open plan living areas with hide-away glass bi-fold doors allowing the outside in, tropical living at its best. The gourmet fully self- contained kitchen features state of the art appliances opening onto an outside timber deck entertaining area with lounges and alfresco dining area.
