The large house comprises of very large bedrooms, 2 living areas, 2.5 generous bathrooms, both with spa baths. Lie in bed and look out at the lake and the mountains, this prime location in Wanaka is highly sort after and never been open to the public before.
A modern kitchen, large oven for entertaining and large outdoor space & large barbeque areas. The property is very private, however it's only a 3 minute drive to main town centre or a short 1 minute drive to waterfall creek to launch the boat. Large parking area for cars and boats. This is a perfect spot for a large family, two family's or a weekend away with a large lawn area for the kids to play. The nearest cafe is 1 minute drive away.
You will love the relaxed and luxurious feel about the home and the combination of indoor and outdoor spaces accommodates for all seasons. The other upstairs bedroom has great lake views into Wanaka township, 3 single beds and share the main bathroom with a double vanity, large tiled shower and 2 person spa bath.
Downstairs we have a bedroom with one Queen bed and another bedroom with a queen and single bed with extensive lake and mountain view, bifolds opening on the lawn/patio.
The house is well-equipped with a wood fire, several heat pumps and underfloor heating throughout to cater for those chilly winter nights.
