Mum with adult daughter who is out and about doing her own thing. We are both working or studying so its pretty quiet most days. Only females apply please. I have a choice of two rooms. Bedroom one is massive master bedroom near front entrance and kitchen and has desk, own ensuite and split system for $350 PER WEEK. Bedroom 2 has a desk, shared bathroom and own lounge and TV for $250. Both rooms are fully furnished. Both rooms have a desk also and have plenty of storage space. I have photographed both rooms. The price includes all bills. You are free to cook meals etc for yourself or we can negotiate evening meals with my family $20 per meal if you prefer. No boyfriend sleepovers please.
bedroom with desk, in built wardrobe and queen bed. You are free to move furniture around as preferred. There is a TV lounge area upstairs which is your space to use as you like also. There is a shared bathroom with this room.
