The property is about 15mins walk to Carlingford court Shopping Centre, 15mins walk to M2 bus stop which goes directly to Wynyard. We also have a heated pool with a spa so you can invite your friends over for a swim. The house has ducted airconditioning however we don't always use it due to current electricity prices. There is room to park your car in the driveway if required. I use the back room as a gym and I'm happy to share my equiment as long as its kept tidy. Your bathroom is a bathroom/laundry which you will be required to keep clean as the bathroom side is for guest use only. Your room has a single bed, desk & side table however happy to remove the furniture if you have your own.
There is a friendly Husky dog that lives here who loves cuddles and craves attention.
This room is at the front of the house and has a large window on the ground floor with a great view of the garden.
You can have a guest stay one night per week, if they stay longer they will have to pay $50/night.
